Let's get back to The Aloha Penthouse which this listing is about. The Aloha has incredible views Palm Trees, Ocean. and yes Molokai. Aloha is very private, there is no one's Lanai/Balcony looking back at you! Do you really want to have someone’s Lanai looking at your Lanai, most of the other Resort Condos do? When you are on your Lanai reading a book, relax to the site of the Palm trees swaying with the Tradewinds, with views of Ocean and Molakai. The Photos & Videos will not do this MauiPenthouse justice. We are in the process of some upgrades to futher wow our guests (see photos). Our resort is Ocean / Beach Front so you will be enjoying the views of the Ocean through the Palm Trees that sway with the Tradewinds, while having your morning coffee or tea on your Lanai. What a wonderful way to start your day off right? Whale watching during season is pretty epic from and year-round you can see lots of Hawaiian green sea turtles in the clear waters. When you are out on your Lanai, whether it is with your morning coffee or tea, your favorite afternoon beverage, or that glass of wine just sit back and enjoy life. Yes, this is truly what Aloha is all about. We try and blend the Hawaiian Decor with modern touches, such as Stainless-Steel appliances for a modern sleek look. Fully stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, and of course a Washer & Dryer so you may pack light and enjoy your weeks to months in our MauiPenthouses. MauiPenthouses do not have AC; however, we have the Hawaiian Tradewinds that brings in the cool breeze. And of course, we have ceiling fans and extra fans throughout the penthouses, if our guests ever want extra air circulation. MauiPenthouses is a tropical paradise with easy shoreline access, there is a beautiful oceanfront pool & spa also a covered pavilion area with BBQ grills. MauiPenthouses location is between the Downtown Restaurants of Lahaina, the Kaanapali Resorts (1 to 2 minutes away), and the Kapalua Resort with their fine golf courses. Right next to us is the Honokowai Beach Park. Literally across the street you have a few of the locals favorite Restaurant’s (The Fish Market Maui is one of them), and the Farmers Market Maui Store. There are so many reasons to stay at MauiPenthouses, here are just a few that we felt are mandatory for a true Hawaiian Paradise Vacation.
Incredible Location 5 minutes to either Downtown Lahaina or Kapalua.
Incredible Views, we did not want to see Condo’s across from ours, and looking at us. After all we come to Hawaii for the Beautiful Ocean, not another Condo unit.
We wanted Penthouses. In the resorts or other Vacation Rentals we were so tired of listening to the people above pounding their feet, and or the endless movement of the furniture. It can be so annoying, so Penthouses only.
We come to Hawaii for the Beautiful Ocean, and that Tropical feeling, so nice views are a Mandatory for us.
We bring these things up because we found so many places did not have these. These are just some of our thoughts that Gracie and I think of what your Aloha Escape should be. We do not think there could be a better location! You are minutes away to almost anything you may desire, leave your worries behind and come to your Aloha Penthouse- MauiPenthouses awaits you ...
